Celebrate Nuclear Science Week with Westinghouse, Beaver Valley and PennState!

Join Westinghouse Women in Nuclear - Pittsburgh Chapter, Beaver Valley Women in Nuclear, and Penn State's Radiation Science & Engineering Center October 16th through 20th for a week of events celebrating nuclear science and technology. (All times are eastern daylight.)

Nuclear Professionals Career Panel (October 17th, 10:00 a.m.) - Join nuclear professionals from Westinghouse Electric Company and Energy Harbor to gain insight on what it's like to work in the nuclear industry. Hear about career opportunities in nuclear science and technology and how you can prepare yourself for a career in industry. Ask these professionals anything you like about working in nuclear! Discover Engineering Disciplines (October 18th, 1:00 p.m.) - Join Westinghouse Women in Nuclear Pittsburgh Chapter to explore various fields of engineering and discover one that is right for you. Virtual Tour of the Breazeale Reactor at PennState (October 19th, 10:00 a.m.) - Take a live, interactive virtual tour of the Breazeale nuclear research reactor with Pennsylvania State University's Radiation Science & Engineering Center.
