Presented by Savannah River Nuclear Solutions Education Outreach Programs.

The "Introduce a Girl to Engineering - STEM Like a Girl" event will give 8th grade girls an opportunity to get excited about engineering and other science, technology, engineering & mathematics (STEM) careers.

Over 50 volunteers from Savannah River Site that come from engineering, information technology, and other STEM fields will be facilitating the various activities with the girls.

Some of the activities will include:

Building Contest
Protect the Pringle
Planetarium Show
Robotics
The Energy Ball and Graphite Circuits
