Missouri S&T ANS Nuclear Science Week!

10.21: Advocacy Workshop, 5-7 P.M. in Fulton 227 - Come out and learn about nuclear advocacy from S&T's very own Dr. Joshua Schelgel! This workshop will focus on how YOU can be an advocate for nuclear in your own community! 10.22: Nuclear Trivia, 5-7 P.M. in Fulton 227 -Know a bit about nuclear? Come show off your knowledge in a competition to see who knows the most! There will be prizes, so bring your A-Game! 10.24: Blue Glow Tours, 12-3 P.M. -Have you ever wanted to see a nuclear reactor up close? Here's your chance! We will be offering tours of MSTR where you can actually SEE the blue glow! Learn more about MSTR and have the once in a lifetime experience of seeing the Cherenkov effect! Sign up at our table in front of the library! 10.20-10.24: Tabling, 10-2 P.M. Front of library -Come out and see our ANS members and learn about different topics in nuclear each day! We will also be offering baked goods, t-shirts, and stickers, should you want some nuclear accessories and treats!
