Savannah River Site Museum Fall Fission Festival

Please join us for the Savannah River Site Museum’s Inaugural Fall Fission Festival on Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm, at the SRS Museum and the Mill parking area, located on Laurens Street SW and Park Avenue, in downtown Aiken, SC.

The festival will have a science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) theme. Activities will include games, “Scarecrow Roddy” coloring contest, best costume, best booth, a family photo area, and fun for kids of all ages.

Companies and local businesses will be invited to create booths/and or displays sharing company swag, education outreach, home safety information, science fun, and candy.

Costumes are encouraged and our mascot, Roddy U. Ranium will be our scarecrow in front of the museum.
